The Lawyer Sleep Hacking Experiment Week 1 Review

Now it's been over 1 week since I begun my sleep hacking experiment. For those of you following at home, last week I wrote a post about how you can effectively sleep fewer hours and feel just as rested as if you've gotten a full night's sleep. An extreme example of this sleep cycle "hacking" would be to take a 20-minute nap every 4 hours. But, who has time to be able to drop what they're doing every 4 hours for a 20-minute nap? You basically have to have your entire day revolve around your sleep schedule, lest you miss your scheduled nap and feel like a zombie.
