What were you looking for in your site?
One big thing was I wanted to own my site, not lease it. But I still didn’t want to have to write all of the content myself – I don’t consider myself a great “advertising” writer.
Another key for me was a custom design. I spoke with a number of competitors who wanted me to choose from a number of templates, but I didn’t like that idea.
What did you think of the process?
The process was very easy, almost painless. I talked with Aaron for awhile about my practice and he took that interview and used it to write great content for my site. I talked to Cameron for a little while about the design and he came back with pretty much exactly the design I was looking for.
It was pleasant to work with everyone. I didn’t have to spend much time on it. Instead, I could spend my time working on actual law. It was very easy. You knew what I wanted and could pretty much run with it.
So how are things since your site launched?
The site looks great and I’m getting great feedback on it from colleagues. I’ve also already gotten 3 calls from it in the first few weeks since launch.
Although his journey isn’t done, the foundation has been set for Kyle to successfully market his firm.
